At Musicland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Musicland account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
